comfortably. Two additional people are permitted.

bathrooms have updated vanity cabinets & counters.
Private covered parking for up to 2 cars directly under the unit ($12/veh).
This vacation rental has two private balconies that offer views that overlook
the courtyard, sugar white sand, emerald gulf water and pool areas.

Unit is fully tiled downstairs and carpet upstairs. Condo has 3 Cable Flat
Screen TVs(60" SMART TV in LR, 32" in Master, 24" in 2nd BR), 1 DVD.
Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
