Welcome to Mustique! This low density complex offers very large floor plans
and all of the luxuries that you could ask for. Only a 30 unit building, each
level of the complex only has two units, very few of which are rentals. Unit
302 is on the East corner and has multiple balconies to enjoy the great Gulf
view, as well as the lagoon view from the North side of the complex. There is
a great hot tub, meeting room, and work out facility on the second level.
Outside the condo you will find a large "zero entry" pool and lounging area,
as well as a great fishing pier that takes you to a large gazebo perfect for
entertaining.
Inside the condo, the gifts keep coming. There are four bedrooms and four
baths. Each bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and private bath. In the
4.5 bathrooms, you will find two jetted tubs, one soaker tub, four showers,
and plenty of vanity space. This condo was professionally decorated and it
shows! The kitchen is huge and it opens up perfectly to the rest of the unit.
The living room has one sleeper sofa, additional seating, as well as a fifth
flat screen TV. We are also set up perfectly for the little ones, by
furnishing a high chair, pack- n-play, and stroller for guests to use while on
vacation.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
