end pillows, large walk-in closets, and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 5/Theater Room:
This multipurpose room is located off the main dining room and kitchen area.
The dark grey walls, clever film décor, oversized sofa, and large projector
screen will surely impress even the most avid-movie theatergoer. This space
comes with twin-on-twin bunk beds, a large sectional sofa sleeper, and an
ultra-swanky semi-tufted chaise.
Guest House:

The Bureaucrats at the city of Scottsdale want us to include the following to
all our listings in the city of Scottsdale.
“All dwellings units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals shall
have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent
children).” [sic]
The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits
maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but in order to
avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank
