Beautiful, spacious, clean, well maintained rental property in a great location in a gated community. Our stay was July 19-23, 2018 with a party of 6.The home was very spacious with a great pool area. It was every we expected and more besides. We had no issues , very close to shopping, attractions and restaurants. I would most definitely recommend this property and we will be back. So sad to leave!

It was good. The unit lacked some utensils to cook with, and the décor was just so-so, but the pool was great, and the service we got was excellent. These units remain by far the best deals in Florida holidays.

We had so much fun, going to Disney and coming HOME to relax, kids jumped into the pool to have more fun and then ate dinner before going back to the park. Love renting a home, so much room!!

Great location and wonderful home and pool. Loved our stay. Will have to say, though, replacing stained carpet and other flooring in poor condition would be a welcome improvement.

Parts of the furniture in bad condition (drawers broken out, Closet doors lockout, toilet flush defective, wet carpet in the closet) ,
Master bedroom downstairs is noisy because of the air-condition outside

This isn't our first time renting this home, we love how close it is to the parks and has plenty of room for everyone. This time we didn't even use all the bedrooms but still worth staying there instead of staying on the Disney Property, we also went to Universal Studios this trip, so it was awesome!!!

Property adequate for a large family but now needs a little TLC. Carpets are dirty and worn. The sheets and under sheet in the master bedroom were for a double bed not the king size they were on. The outside table is old and worn and the kitchen needs more AIDS. The TV in master room didn't work but because we were only there for a week to visit the parks were not In enough to notice a major difference. Area is perfect for Disney parks but apparently you need to pay extra to have the spa pool hotter than the pool which I don't agree with, we have stayed at Champions Gate several times before over last 10 years through Florida Spirit but from when I first booked things this time we're not as friendly. Don't let this put you off as sometimes an individual can spoil the overall service and experience.

During the summer months it is extra to pay for the pool heating, the heated pool is not very necessary seeing as it is very hot out. I have rented from this company 3 years in a row and have hardly had any problems in the past. This year, I was in total disbelief. The bed linens WERE NOT clean. Even the living room furniture seemed worn. None of the television remotes worked in any room. That's just to name a few. I'm not sure if paying over $1200 wasn't enough for a decent stay. However, I won't be going that route next year. I will definitely go with another company who at least clean their properties.

This was a wonderful house for our extended family (3 households) to come together and enjoy Florida. Plenty of space in the house, great for meals outside @ poolside, lounging around the pool, going for walks in the evening. There is a nice big field behind the houses on Windor Pl, and a great kids park on Alfani St. We chose to buy groceries and eat most of our meals at home - Anything you need is only a couple minutes drive away (Publix one direction, Walmart & Target the other direction). The barbecue rental (@ )was super convenient, and we used it everyday.
The property was clean, and well laid out (although it could use an upgrade to the carpets and kitchen - it was still fine), and there was ongoing construction noise across the conservation pond which was a bit disappointing - the price was good and overall the house was great! With the Canadian dollar so low, management even lowered the cost of our stay to keep our business.
Management was extremely helpful anytime I called them before arrival and the pool was well maintained during our stay.
We didn't attend Disney, however we did a good deal of shopping at the outlets in and around Orlando, and took a daytrip to the beach in Clearwater (I would avoid driving during peak rush hour times!).
If you have young kids or a large family, this house is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, safe and convenient location - this neighbourhood is perfect.
We will likely return another time in the future, and I would recommend this company and house to anyone travelling to the Orlando area.

Nice home - however it was advertised as 5.5 baths but only had 4.5 baths unless one was locked. Furniture, carpet, linolium was worn and needs upgraded. Pool was awesome and location was great. Would use again but probably a different residence.

This house was so nice, very clean and the pool was great! My family loved this house and it was only about 20 minutes from Universal Studios. The view out the back of the house to the pool and conservation area was wonderful...only drawback wish more privacy between houses...too close to neighbors pool...when they were outside came right over into our pool area...luckily they were not out there often. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and would definitely stay again.

We had a few issues with the house in the first couple of days but these were promptly resolved by Brian who was extremely professional & courteous. We enjoyed staying at Bishop's Court very much for our 2 week vacation.

We are from Brazil and the experience of renting a home was essential for the well being of my family during our Disney visit. We are sure that there is not better option when traveling with kids. In our case, 2 kids (5 & 7 years of age). We rented the house with other two families and the size of the house was essential for our well being. We are sure that if we stayed at a hotel or resort we would not have the same comfort and privacy. Also, we had cooked our own food, avoiding eating unhealthy foods everyday at restaurants etc. The only problem was that we were explained that the house had five bedrooms (within two master suites with private bathrooms) when there was only two master suites with private bathrooms. This situation did not impair our stay. The house is really really nice!
