Newly remodeled and with all the necessities of home, this first-floor cottage is the perfect fit for a small family or a couple. The soothing ambiance of this Destin vacation rental is undeniable - whether you are watching a movie on the flat screen TV, entertaining guests in the upgraded kitchen or enjoying the Gulf breeze on the screened-in patio. However, so many adventures are waiting just outside the door! Take the Hidden Dunes tram to the beach, play a game of basketball or horseshoes then walk the nature trails past gazebos and fountains.
Hidden Dunes also enjoys an excellent location. Right outside its gates are the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, several award-winning Golf Courses and countless restaurants offering all your favorites.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
