2 SMART Blu-Ray DVD players so both TVs SMART when using the DVD for Netflix,
HULU, etc on your account!. Washer/Dryer, + BBQ grilling area and elevator
too!

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We
do not prorate our rates.
Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
