This Gulf front dream is a three bedroom/two bath condo in walking distance of
the Hang-Out! The condo is a corner unit with a great view of the Gulf and its
white sandy beaches. You can walk out of the complex right onto the beach.
There is an outdoor pool that is in the center of the complex for you to
enjoy.
Inside the unit, there are three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a
king size bed with a TV. Both guest bedrooms have a queen sized bed. There is
also a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a washer and dryer in the
unit for your convenience and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen to cook a
nice meal during your stay. Book this unit for your dream vacation today!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

This unit is pet friendly, with a non refundable pet fee of $225 per pet. 2
pets max.
