Welcome to The Landing! This quiet and low density complex is approximately
3.5 miles down West Beach Blvd so you're still close to all the action. The
complex is convenient to shopping, dining, and fun in the sun. While here, you
can enjoy the outdoor pool, BBQ grills, the pier on Little Lagoon, and the
beautiful white sand beach that Gulf Shores is known for just across the
street! Bring the boat and take advantage of the boat slips and dock!
Inside the condo you'll appreciate the updates the new owner has done. Modern
furnishings, fresh paint, Keurig in the kitchen, and cozy beds, just to name a
few. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a TV. Bathrooms are conveniently
located and there is a queen size sleeper sofa and twin size ottoman to
accommodate additional guests. This unit is equipped with free internet for
you to enjoy.
Whatever your vacation goals are, The Landing can certainly help you achieve
them.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
