This cottage has it all: great location near the big main pool but still close to the tennis courts and a pleasant walk along the reflecting pools and fountain path to the beach. The beautifully updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances offers a relaxing place to make meals and memories with your family. This cottage also features new tile in the great room with area rug and a comfortably furnished in perfect beach house décor. There is a King bed in the beautifully decorated Primary as well as a newly renovated en-suite with walk-in shower. There are Double beds in the Guest Room. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The cottage has hi-speed internet and a new 60-inch Flat Screen TV in the living room and 40-inch Flat Screen TV in the Primary.
Includes washer and dryer, as well as it's own WIFI. Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a nature trail, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
