Cottage 200 enjoys a comfortable layout where guests can lounge in two tastefully decorated bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit each with newly renovated full bathrooms; a modern, fully-stocked kitchen featuring granite counters; and a screened-in patio with access to Hidden Dunes walking trails. The additional perks of cable TV with HBO, special laundering of bedding after each stay and an in-unit closeted washer/dryer add to the carefree feeling of this beach cottage.
Set among the magnolias and pines of Hidden Dunes cottages, the award-winning amenities at the resort are simple to access. Several pools (one is heated seasonally), an impressive tennis and pickle ball center, basketball and horseshoe courts, a playground and a dog park ensure there are no dull moments. Round-the-clock security, numbered parking and gated access along with a fantastic location nearby golf courses and two outdoor malls promise to keep each guest feeling safe and pampered.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
