anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every
two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!
This unit, #613A, a deluxe unit, giving you gulf views from the MASTER
BEDROOM, EXTENDED BALCONY, and living room and is located on the 6th floor of
the Majestic Sun. This unit features a king in the master, two twins in the
guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room!
All units at Majestic Sun will have amazing unobstructed gulf views!
Beautifully appointed interiors throughout this condo put you in total
relaxation. Enjoy your gorgeous unobstructed gulf view from your private
balcony, living room, or dining area!
Heated Indoor/Outdoor pool is also provided as well as on site fitness center
and covered parking garage.
Enjoy long walks on our sugar white beaches along our stunning emerald coast!!
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring
Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.
Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking
pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be
required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.
Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco
prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and
pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
