A fully stocked kitchen with granite counters that connects to the dining room and living room all open up to one of the balconies and the two largest rooms have their own private balcony for two. The primary bedroom also features a huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub for some quiet time.
Mediterranea rests right across the street from 497 ft of unobstructed and deeded beach access all for the enjoyment of Mediterranea’s fortunate guests. The happy temporary residents of this Destin beach condo will also enjoy underground parking, a fitness center and a clubhouse. Plus, the pool deck and hot tub are at the center of the beautiful green lawn and attractive tropical landscaping which will make for hours of sunny bliss by the pool or playing Frisbee on the lawn.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
