Our founder was in between homes with no good option to find a furnished home for a few months. The desire to design technology to solve this led to adopting the technology for short term vacation stays. As many people looking for their new dream home need an "in between" home while they're looking, Tweener added free home search ability.
Tweener Homes is the first technology based home search platform you can research neighborhoods, see homes listed for sale and even find a fully furnished home to stay in while your looking.
How does Tweener Homes work?
Tweener partners with MLS's (multiple listing services) across the country to bring you up to date, accurate home listings. Since this is a direct feed, information shown on our site is updated as the listing agent changes it in the MLS. Likewise, through software API's, we syndicate listings from our vacation rental property managers website's to give you up to date price and availability for furnished homes. All homes on our site are listed by licensed real estate agents or professional management companies.
Unlike other sites who want to sell your contact information, we just want to help you find your perfect home. In fact, if you inquire on one of the homes you see on TweenerHomes.com, your contact info goes direct to the listing agent or company, not some middleman who is going to add their percentage to the transaction.
