My daughter and I came to Tucson for my grandson's wedding. We chose this particular unit because it allowed pets and had a wonderful mountain view! (My son, who lives in Tucson, stayed with us for a few days and brought his dog, a small terrier.) The unit was just as described except for the sofa. The picture and description online said it was a sleeper-sofa and it was not. It WAS however, very comfortable! The one recommendation I would have is that some of the outlets could be replaced, as they were worn and would not hold a plug securely. Other then that, the unit was comfortable, all bedding/towels, etc. were in good condition and of good quality, as was everything in the unit. The location is perfect, a short drive to most anywhere. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the condo community grounds are well maintained. I absolutely recommend the unit and Spectrum! I had many questions along the way, and the answers were emailed in a friendly and timely fashion.

We were very happy with our condo, and especially appreciative of the responsive management services. The view was extraordinarily beautiful, the location convenient. Comfortable beds and furniture, and the condo was sparklingly clean. Kitchen supplies were a little sparse, especially some of the cutlery.

The patio was very nice..extra large with a comfortable table/chair set. The furniture-couch and bed I found uncomfortable. The couch is short and although, I am not a very tall person, I couldn’t stretch out. The liner in the shower was precarious because of the open hooks . There was very little noise from condo above, which was a plus

Excellent. Clean and the unit had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds. Location was outstanding for hikes and golfing. Very friendly community and felt safe. Highly recommend. We stayed for one month and enjoyed ever moment.

This condo was very well appointed. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and many have what seems like cast off furniture. Not here! Nice furniture, dishes, linens, patio furniture. Everything to feel comfortable. And SPOTLESS!!!

We love this complex, the staff are quick to respond and full of ideas if an unforeseen need/issue arises. Our unit was exactly as we expected it to be! We had everything we needed ... we especially loved our patio. We look forward to next year and have already booked a bigger unit as family have expressed interest in visiting!

We enjoyed our stay immensely at the Greens. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was close to many of the activities we enjoy doing. The condo was neat and clean. Any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We spent one month at the Greens and it was all that we hoped for. Very clean, great and responsive staff and what a view. Would definitely rent again next year but we loved Tucson so much, we bought a house!!

We rented this condo to be close to our daughter and new granddaughter. When our granddaughter arrived a bit early, Spectrum moved up our arrival date without a problem. The condo was clean and well equipped. All the beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable. Having a TV in each bedroom and the living room worked out well the day we had extra family there. The view from the patio is fantastic! We enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. We had only two problems: a towel rack by the sink kept falling (a minor problem easily resolved with a screwdriver), and a scorpion decided to come inside for a visit (it is Tucson after all...). Noise from the upstairs unit, mentioned by other reviewers about this complex, was minimal. Sabino Canyon is just around the corner, so we spent quite a bit of time there with our daughter and her family enjoying the trails. We highly recommend this condo and would use it again ourselves.
