Aptly named “Dune Legacy”, this beachfront condo overflows with the reflected glow of sunshine blazing brilliantly on the emerald waters and white dunes. Also, considering that sunshine improves everybody’s mood, everyone in your group can exude a positive vibe just like this Destin vacation rental! Plus, the spacious pool deck, deeded beach access and great location near shopping and dining only add to this condo’s superb reputation.

The charismatic interior takes its inspiration from the beach below with coastal decor throughout. In fact, both bedrooms - the boat room and the mermaid room- have beach views and lively furnishings. Additionally, the modern kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, speckled granite counters and plenty of cookware; as well as the living room and dining room all look out over the glorious Gulf. No wonder this charming beachfront condo is called “Dune Legacy”... you’ll want to come back year after year and make its legacy part of your own.

This private/gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, bathrooms and beach attendants. Emerald Dunes is located on the West end of Scenic Highway 98 which has minimal traffic and plenty of essential attractions within walking distance. Just across the street is one of the best coastal cuisine restaurants, Camille's, especially known for their delectable sushi & intimate bar. And talk about coffee convenience, the Java Cafe is right below Camille's, ready to serve your morning Joe and is also open for lunch. Publix(grocery) and Destin Commons (one of the largest shopping & entertainment malls), is located within (2-3 minutes) which holds a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants & galore of shopping opportunities.

Finally, one of the more notable characteristics that sets Emerald Dunes apart from most condominiums is the private low density setting. There are only 27 units with all amenities under coded supervision and a parking lot with plentiful space. Come and create Destin memories for a lifetime! We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
